Welcome to VZLAbrand.com. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. Please review them carefully. If you do not agree with any part, you should not use this website.

VZLA Brand ("VZLA," "we," "our," or "us") sells caps, apparel, and accessories inspired by identity, pride, and positivity. These Terms apply to all users of our website, including browsers, customers, and content contributors.

2. Online Store Terms
By using our site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor violate any laws in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to copyright laws.
3. Accuracy of Information
We work to keep product descriptions, images, and prices accurate. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice, including after an order has been submitted. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.
4. Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
We accept major credit and debit cards and the secure payment platforms shown at checkout. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and do not include taxes or shipping fees unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
5. Promotions and Discounts
Promotional pricing, discount codes, and free gift offers are valid only for the period and on the terms stated at the time of the offer. Unless stated otherwise, offers cannot be combined and are not applied retroactively to completed orders.
6. Shipping
Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days after the order is placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Estimated transit times after the package is handed to the carrier are 3 to 5 business days for UPS Ground and 1 to 3 business days for UPS Express. Processing time is separate from carrier delivery time.
Free standard shipping is available on U.S. orders of $85 or more. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, or customs. You will receive tracking information by email once your order ships.

7. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unworn, unused, in their original packaging, with tags, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact vzla@vzlabrand.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, including a change of size or color, you arrange and pay for the return shipping. If your item arrives defective or damaged, or if we sent you the wrong item, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will replace it or refund it, whichever you prefer. In most cases you will not need to send anything back, and you will never be out of pocket for a mistake on our side.
Sale items, gift cards, and custom or personalized items are not returnable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of our approval. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you may cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, subject to the same condition requirements.

8. Sales in Venezuela
We do not sell or ship to Venezuela through this website, and Venezuela is not available at checkout.
In Venezuela, VZLA Brand sells through an authorized distributor, an independent business that buys from us at wholesale and resells in the country. An order arranged through the WhatsApp number shown on our Venezuela page (+58 414 332 6012) is a purchase from that distributor and not from VZLA Brand. The distributor sets its own prices, confirms what it has available, collects payment, and handles delivery inside Venezuela.
These Terms, our Shipping Policy, and our Refund Policy govern purchases made through the checkout on this website. They do not govern orders placed with the distributor. For those orders, prices, payment, delivery, exchanges, and returns are set by the distributor and are agreed with you over WhatsApp before the order is confirmed.
The distributor is not our agent and has no authority to make commitments on our behalf. If you bought from the distributor and cannot resolve a problem with them, write to us at vzla@vzlabrand.com and we will work with them to get it resolved.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on VZLAbrand.com, including logos, text, images, and designs, is the property of VZLA Brand or its respective owners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.
10. Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those sites.
11. User Comments and Submissions
If you send us reviews, photos, suggestions, or creative ideas, whether or not requested, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use and publish them in connection with our business, without restriction or compensation. You confirm that you own the content you submit and that it does not violate anyone else's rights.
12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Our products and website are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, VZLA Brand is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.
